Energy Innovation Systems Limited holds an international patent portfolio of five patent families worldwide, over 30 patents (international, regional, and national applications), as well as patent extensions such as CIP (USPTO). Our systems and methods are protected by more than 60 claims, with several active grants in different countries. The strength of our intellectual assets lie both on the geographical scope, as well as the virtual impossibility to "invent around" our patent claims.
